Another question?

As soon as your transfer reaches our account, we validate the order and send you the license and the invoice by e-mail. Usually 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank.

Use your order reference (HRL-...), shown on the confirmation page and in the e-mail you received. It lets us identify your payment right away.

Our prices are set in euros; the CFA franc equivalent is shown for information. For a transfer in XAF, write to us at cooldigitt@gmail.com before paying.

No. You order in one go with your company details and receive a personal link to track your order and upload the proof of transfer.

Not yet: payment is made by bank transfer. Card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal payments will be available soon.

The invoice is attached to the e-mail containing your license. It includes the details and tax ID given with the order.
