Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the online sale of licenses to use the HRLICENSE software by HRLICENSE.

2. Order

Orders are placed without creating an account. An order is recorded once these terms are accepted and confirmed by e-mail.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. The CFA franc amount is given for information only.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer, using the order reference. The order is validated once the funds are actually received.

5. License delivery

The license, issued by HRLICENSE, and the invoice are sent by e-mail once the payment is validated.

6. Cancellation and refund

An unpaid order may be cancelled. Refund conditions will be specified in the final version.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Equatorial Guinea.
